Payment Issues and Who’s Responsible

If you hit a snag with your payment (and it’s not because of a glitch on our Site), you need to sort it out directly with your bank or payment provider.

Here’s what Sportzfirst doesn’t take responsibility for:

• Someone using your wallet or card without permission.
• Payments that don’t go through because of:
• Not enough funds or hitting your credit limit.
• Wrong payment details entered.
• An expired card.
• Network or power outages beyond our control.

Cancellation and Refunds — What You Need to Know

At Sportzfirst, we team up with loads of event organizers and venues. Here’s how cancellations and refunds roll:

Cancellation 24 hours or more before booked time: Full refund

Cancellation within 24 hours but less than 4 hours before booked time: 80% refund

Cancellation with 4 hours or less before booked time: No refund

Sportzfirst is not liable for any unauthorized charges made with your card or payment details on our platform. If that happens, refunds won’t be given by us.
